Mental Health in Academia
Natalia Tsybuliak is Associate Professor in the Department of Pre-school, Special, and Social Education at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. Her research areas include mental health in academia and the value of teaching and learning in higher education institutions in times of crisis and war. Her current project examines the psychological impact of Russia’s war on Ukraine among Ukrainian academic staff, focusing on stress, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder, coping mechanisms and resilience strategies, and gaps in existing mental health services at universities. She has received recent support from the University of Warsaw, the French Research Center in Humanities and Social Sciences, and the U.S. Fulbright Program. ORCID, WoS, SCOPUS.
